Every GAVAN garment travels a precise and uncompromised path. It begins with rare noble fibers sourced directly from farmers and indigenous communities across the globe. Vicuna and Royal Alpaca from the Andean highlands. Cashmere from Mongolia. Sea Island Cotton from the Caribbean. Each fiber procured directly from the people who have tended them across generations, with no intermediaries and no compromise on grade. From there, the fiber travels to the mills of Switzerland and Italy, where it is developed into textiles the industry has not seen before. It is then completed by the hands of Indian master artisans carrying five millennia of living craft tradition. Every stage of this journey is owned, controlled, and documented by us. Nothing is delegated. Nothing is compromised.
We entered the market through direct client relationships, building brand authority from the ground up with no intermediaries and no dilution of what we stand for. The next stage is a carefully considered expansion into select partnerships with retailers, distributors, and creative collaborators who meet our standard. Not mass retail. Not volume. Only environments and relationships that reflect the integrity of what we build.
Every GAVAN garment holds its value permanently. There are no seasonal sales, no promotional pricing, and no exceptions. This is a deliberate position. It protects the integrity of every piece, the dignity of every artisan who made it, and the trust of every person who owns one.
